On Behalf of our Client we are searching for an IT Business Partner
To manage the business requirements with a view to enhancing their digital & technology processes. In addition act as an IT partner to enable the business to perform at an optimum level achieving the goals for digital & technology as well as the business within set KPIs budget and respective policies and procedures.
The IT Business Partner works with the Business and shall be placed to locations as per business requirements and will need to travel for business needs to multiple locations. Needs to be highly flexible on travel and working from different offices as per business needs.
Manage and maintain strong relationships and interactions with internal and external stakeholders/vendors to ensure meeting stakeholders expectations and increase their satisfaction.
Drive and implement digital & technology strategies policies and processes that help employees and businesses to deliver business goals and achieve high levels of performance.
Work as an internal digital & technology consultant and provide effective solutions and recommendations to matters relating to digital & technology.
Ensure that as a Company has sustained bench strength of digital & technology and the business has proper transformation plans in place.
Provide efficient and effective digital & technology services to the business by coordinating with Expertise Team (Applications/ Infrastructure & Operations) to deliver quality and timely solutions.
Ensure partnering with Business Managers to improve the operating efficiency of different parts of the Function by suggesting implementing and monitoring people and organization capability improvement strategies.
Formulate digital & technology project plans scope and objectives in collaboration with Corporate PMO & relevant stakeholders which includes and is not limited to; project plans business cases financial feasibility resources planning and communication plans while ensuring projects delivery and completion within time scope and budget.
Track digital & technology project s progress against plan and ensure risks challenges and issues are identified escalated to Corporate PMO and resolved to ensure smooth and successful delivery of projects.
Measure digital & technology project performance using appropriate systems tools and techniques and identify performance gaps and thus ensure corrective actions are communicated and applied in order to improve projects performance and efficiency.
Create and maintain comprehensive digital & technology project documentation ensuring approved actions are documented and kept for further reference when required.
Ensure proper and clear digital & technology project handover and delivery to related teams to ensure successful daytoday operations while ensuring providing support and advice to related teams when needed.

Develop submit and upon approval implement the business digital & technology budget monitoring its accurate execution identifying costsaving opportunities and proposing corrective actions in case of deviations in order to ensure compliance with preset targets.

Implements Policies and Procedures of digital & technology into the business Clarifies and suggests improvements of policies and processes.
Change Management
Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems processes and practices considering global best practices.
