Our client is an AIdriven technology company that embodies the concept of beauty and is advancing the digital transformation of the beauty industry through SaaS services. Japan has a welldeveloped beauty and cosmetics market and our initiatives have led to the establishment of relationships with many renowned cosmetic brands with our skin analysis system receiving high praise. As we expand our business we are seeking more sales elites in the cosmetics industry.

Who we are looking for

  • Ideal candidates should have knowledge of SaaS platforms.
  • Preferably candidates should have sales experience with SaaS products and deep relationships with companies in the cosmetics and skincare industry.
  • Candidates with B2B sales and marketing experience in wellknown cosmetic companies along with deep knowledge and experience in SaaS products.
  • Candidates who are confident in building relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Individuals with strong skills and excellent negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Exploring new business opportunities for SaaS and B2B products. Handling inquiries requests and partnerships related to beauty technology. Generating and acquiring leads through channels such as email LinkedIn Sales Navigator events (online and offline) cold emails inbound and partnerships.
  • Regular updates of sales media packs pitch decks proposals quotes and sales materials.
  • Engaging in effective communication outreach and negotiation internally and externally to facilitate the sales process.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree with over 3 years of experience in sales/business development in Famous Cosmetics or Skincare product companies in Japan.
  • The one with good track record of successful B2B Sales achievement and extensive pipelines is preferred.
  • Native Japanese speaker is preferred.
  • Strong presentation skills experience in CRM is preferred.
