Job Description
Minimum Qualifications:
OR
Masters degree in Engineering Information Systems Computer Science or related field and 3 years of Software Engineering or related work experience.
OR
PhD in Engineering Information Systems Computer Science or related field and 2 years of Software Engineering or related work experience.
2 years of work experience with Programming Language such as C C Java Python etc.
Responsibilities:
Manage a team to cater to development and sustenance requirements for the WLAN projects
Interact with other leads and understand the exact requirements for the deliverables and schedules as well as clearly spell out the dependencies from other teams
Should follow and enforce strict adherence of policies and processes that are laid down during any cycle of project development and sustenance
Design develop and guide team members to meet the deliverables
Bug analysis/fixing of the issues during product verification stage and customer reported issues
Travel to customer site for bug fixing requirements gathering and other feature discussions
