Job Description

Mobile Health Team Inc. a staffing agency has openings for a permanent fulltime Sports Focused Outpatient Physical Therapist for Fitness Center. We are looking for someone with a passion for people.

Location: Grand Junction CO 81505

Assignment Start Date: 4/29/2024

Work Schedule: FullTime

Salary:$87360.00 to $104000.00

This positions pay range is $42.00 to $50.00 per hour depending on education and experience.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Coordinates and directs patient care services to patients of all ages to ensure that patient needs are met. Services include patient evaluation/ assessment establishing and implementing a plan of care assessing the effectiveness of and modifying treatment to ensure goal achievement and educating patients/caregivers.
  2. Produces quality documentation promptly to support the provision of care according to current standards that are based on professional associations and regulatory guidelines.
  3. Collects and analyzes data from selected outcome measures to monitor patient progress and the benefit of interventions.
  4. Demonstrates an understanding of treatment costs and financial support as they relate to quality and efficiency including budgeting staffing billing/coding and procedural planning tasks.
  5. Participates in ongoing professional development to maintain a level of clinical practice consistent with best practice standards. This includes seeking opportunities to gain new knowledge and skills and utilizing these newly acquired skills in the provision of care and for the growth and development of the department and hospital.
  6. Contributes to departmental hospital and community activities that promote department operations and program development for Community Hospitals.
  7. Performs other duties as assigned to support the overall effectiveness of the department and the organization.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION

Experience:

  • At least 2 years of previous experience is required

Education:

  • Bachelors Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required
  • Doctorate preferred

Licenses Certifications and/or Registration:

  • Current unrestricted license as a Physical Therapist in the State of Colorado (required)
  • BLS Certification (must be obtained within 90 days of hire) is required

EMR Systems: Experience preferred
