Job Description/Key Responsibilities

Requirement Gathering:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives processes and requirements
• Write clear concise and unambiguous requirements using Microsoft Word templates including the identification of risks assumptions and definitions
• Conduct interviews workshops and surveys to gather comprehensive business requirements
• Document business needs functional specifications and user stories

• Analyze current business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement
• Create detailed documentation of business requirements process flows and system architecture
• Develop use cases user stories and acceptance criteria to support solution development

• Work closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Evaluate potential technology solutions and assess their alignment with business goals
• Participate in the design and review of system architectures workflows and user interfaces

• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements
• Manage expectations and resolve conflicts by facilitating consensus among stakeholders

• Work closely with project managers and Scrum masters to align on project plans in relation to resource restrictions and top priorities
• Monitor project progress and identify risks or issues that may impact delivery timelines
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to project teams to ensure successful implementation

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business Administration or related field. Masters degree preferred
• Proven experience as a business analyst in IT projects preferably in a corporate environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into actionable requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques such as requirements elicitation process modeling and use case development.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Waterfall) and software development life cycle (SDLC) processes.
• Experience with business intelligence tools data analysis and reporting is a plus.
• Awareness of Artificial Intelligence project delivery methodology (CRISPDM) important but not necessary
