The REACH Brand Marketing Coordinator works out of our clinic, collaborating with our operations team to
expand our reach and deepen our connection with our audience. We measure that through loyal following and
growing our base of supporters and clients. This role supports organizational efforts to expand our reach
across the Middle East.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1. Serve as a team member of REACH and assist with all aspects of administrative support.
2. Work collaboratively with team members and other professionals associated with REACH.
3. Communicate appropriately and effectively with team members, parents and other professionals
associated with REACH.
4. Respond to requests in a timely manner.
5. Work within tight deadlines.
KEY JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
I. Big Picture Responsibilities
• Implement and develop marketing strategy and campaigns; identify opportunities, trends and features to
help grow new leads and expand our reach across the Middle East.
• Analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization.
Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact.
II. Daily Duties and Responsibilities
Social Media/Community
• Iterate, improve upon, manage and assist in planning monthly social media calendar
• Schedule posts using Planoly and creatively edit Visual Feed for the whole month with relevant English and
Arabic captions and hashtags
• LinkedIn Profiling and Brand Advocacy for all Staff on their LinkedIn
• Build, manage and update the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, LinkedIn,
Tik Tok, Instagram, YouTube and additional channels that may be deemed relevant.
• Explore new ways to engage and identify new social networks to reach our target clients.
• Track, measure, and analyze all initiatives to report on social media ROI.
• Manage the strategy and setup of all paid campaigns.
• Measure and optimize our paid marketing using vendor-specific dashboards, Google Analytics, and
marketing analytics reports.
• Film video clips for social media per month, edit and include subtitles as and when required.
• Monitor social media engagement through mentions, comments, likes, inbound messaging and coordinate
responses when required.
Content
• Create 1–2 free resources each month to drive leads, subscribers, awareness, and/or other important
metrics (examples include ebooks, whitepapers, infographics, guides, templates, etc.).
• Blog on an ongoing basis to attract site visitors through search, social media, and email subscribers.
• Grow our subscriber base by providing them with regular, helpful content that’s aligned with their needs and
interests.
• Optimizing content for search engines and lead generation.
• Maintenance of the website and associated content.
SEO
• Manage both on-page SEO and off-page SEO for the company.
• Manage and improve organic search engine performance and goal-setting based on clickthrough rates,
traffic, and conversions.
• Video SEO on YouTube.
Email Marketing
• Grow our email list organically.
• Manage various email campaigns, including the template designs, calls-to-action, and content used in our
email sends.
• Segment lists based on behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions (content downloads,
site page visits, etc.).
• Measure results and optimize the lead nurturing workflows for these segments to convert leads into
customers.
• Work to minimize list decay and unsubscribes while increasing the productivity of our email sends.
• Develop documentation and road maps for processes, A/B tests, and promotions that succeed through
email.
Product Marketing
• Educate community about our services and their benefits.
• Create service content (e.g., sales enablement documentation, case studies, service videos, website copy,
blog posts, Quora/forum responses) to articulate the benefits of our services to the world.
• Assist members of our admin team on calls with prospects when appropriate to provide deeper dives into
the services.
• Speak and present both internally and externally to promote the story of our services.
Public Relations/Media Relations
• Connect with influential media outlets and journalists to place stories about company news and other
initiatives.
• Create and manage events including planning and resources required
• Create content regularly to grow the company’s footprint (press releases, corporate announcements, and
creative content).
• Collaborate with prominent members of the company, including executives, to craft and pitch press releases
and thought leadership columns.
