Retail Country Manager - Poland

We are La Casa de las Carcasas / Kamalion world leaders in the sale of accessories complements and technological fashion. Present in 9 countries we have more than 700 stores and more than 4500 people around the world.

The success of our expansion leaves its mark wherever we go and we aim to continue our expansion and growth.

To continue growing at this pace we are looking for a Country Manager to lead the expansion and strategy of the company in Poland.

Main tasks:

Reporting to the Founder /CEO you will be responsible for the leadership of the country teams the expansion and opening of new stores in the country ensuring their proper functioning with continuous quality control.

In addition you will have the opportunity to:

• Land and adapt brand standards to the country.
• Supervise and manage the store opening plan in the country.
• Team leadership.
• Ensure compliance with objectives and control of KPIs.
• Control and manage budgets.
• You will act as an ambassador of our brand in the country ensuring the procedures and standards of the company.

We are looking for:

• Minimum 4 years experience working as Country Manager in leading companies in Retail.
• Experience managing store openings in Poland.
• Residence or availability to reside in Warsov.
• Good level of English (Spanish will be a plus)
• Driving license and availability to travel
• We are looking for an autonomous organized person with outstanding leadership skills.
