Job Description
Ensure compliance with company’s policies and operational guidelines
Deal with problems by providing creative and practical solutions
Evaluate performance using key metrics and address issues to improve it
Report to senior executives on progress and issues

Develop a plan for each store to raise sales and achieve the goal. Follow-up on maintenance work and submit a report and follow-up on its completion on a weekly and monthly basis. Follow up on offers and performance in rival brands in the labor market.
