Job Description
- Area responsibility for part of the maintenance team as well as for automated sorting and conveying systems, industrial trucks and building services systems
- Ensuring the highest possible availability of all systems and implementing modern maintenance approaches such as Condition Based Maintenance (CBM).
- Ensuring troubleshooting of technical systems across shifts.
- Implementation of all necessary safety standards and a proactive safety culture in the team.
- Promote ongoing team development in hard and soft skills to support the growth of Amazon Operations.
- Development of concepts for the constant optimization of all systems in accordance with Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
- Participation in strategic decisions as a member of technical management.
- Management and support of technical greenfield and brownfield projects.
- Evaluation of relevant KPIs for analyzing technical systems and internal processes.
