Job Description
- Under general direction, determines and develops approaches to develop, verify, document, and approve Airborne Electronic Hardware (AEH) in electronic and electrical systems and equipment.
- Contribute to analysis and translation of system requirements to hardware requirements and detailed design data to create AEH.
- Contribute to review of hardware requirements validation and verification work in complex system designs to assure that operational and functional requirements are met.
- Works with others to approve equipment verification strategies and system hardware testing to meet airplane certification requirements.
- Conducts independent reviews of equipment developer processes and data, and reports results to program leadership.
- Provides critical support for changes to AEH in fielded equipment over the entire product lifecycle.
