Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, impeccable grooming standards, and previous experience working within a premium optical retail environment. As a Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store, delivering outstanding customer service, and driving sales.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of the store, including sales, inventory management, and customer service.
Create a welcoming and luxurious environment for customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.
Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and uphold the highest standards of service excellence.
Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of current eyewear trends, products, and industry developments.
Conduct regular training sessions to educate staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards.
Oversee visual merchandising efforts to ensure the store presents a cohesive and visually appealing display of merchandise.
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, striving to achieve satisfactory resolutions.
Prepare sales reports and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
Requirements 2-5 years of experience in a similar role within the premium optical retail industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers and team members alike.
Impeccable grooming standards and a keen eye for detail.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership abilities, with experience managing and motivating a team.
