You will be executing operational plans as well as deliver high-profile projects which will have a direct impact on functional success. You will be responsible to transform “Arla Culture” in Qatar organization, to align compensation and benefits with regional/global standards within given limits, be responsible for cap cost management, You enjoy challenging processes and practices identifying opportunities to continuously improve them. You would lead and develop leaders to create an organization with a performance culture via Arla's people processes and will effectively build trust with People Leaders to establish an open and honest relationship. You hold a minimum of bachelor’s degree in HRM, psychology or Higher education in business admin with 4-5 years of HR experience. You must have experience in either of HR domain mainly Organization development, Generalist HR experience, Talent Management Focus, Continuous Improvement is advantageous.
