What youll do & learn

This HR Apprenticeship offers an excellent opportunity to kickstart your career in human resources. You will receive guidance and mentorship from experienced HR professionals and you will have the chance to apply your knowledge and skills to realworld HR scenarios. We are committed to your professional development and growth within our organization.

• Recruitment & Onboarding:
  • Contribute on recruitment strategy & onboarding efficiency
  • Deliver a professionalized hiring process & candidate experience
  • Manage end to end recruitment process (from kickoff meeting with manager to offer acceptance)
• Culture & Employer Branding:
  • Cowork on candidate playbook & career page
  • Animate HR initiatives to increase employee experience
  • Embrace Pelicos culture by seating our Employer Value Proposition
• HR management:
  • Help on human resources policies procedures contracts and participate in creating harmonized standards across the different countries
  • Support Managers community & Pelicans on requests & day to day HR tasks
  • Contribute in HR tools deployments & evangelization
  • Work on HR KPIs followup
• People Growth & Performance:
  • Contribute to the performance review cycles (promotions salary increases and bonuses) every semester in cooperation
  • Work on learn & growth path per department with associated training plans

What you embody

• Preparing a Master Degree Master in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
• Strong analytic mindset: you project the result you build the path
• Business sense autonomous good communication and highly energetic
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in French & English
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and integrity.
• Organized detailoriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
• First HR experience is a plus
