Job Description

What youll do & learn

In a context of hypergrowth we are looking for a rock star Finance Operations Manager who will be the finance business partner for internal teams.Your missions will include:

1/ Finance & strategy

Monitor key financial & performance operational metrics and share insights across teams to improve business performance.

Participate in closed collaboration with VPs & CEO to the creation of financial models to support growth & strategy (Sales & Ops Plannning Bonus Sales Forecast P&L analysis)

Define and track budgets across the organization identify variances between budget & forecast & recommend corrective actions

Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity for business operations

Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks implementing appropriate controls.

2/ Corporate house keeping (accounting and Operations)

Accounting & related operations: Handle financial closing (FR & US) and account audits

Ensure compliance with financial regulations tax requirements insurance and internal policies.

Manage Customer Invoicing

Implement tool & process to automatize invoicing

3/ Capital Events Management (fundraising capital increased needs)

Manage fundraising processes and relations with exiting investors

Manage cap table with stock options allocation to internal employees

You will manage a team of 2 people actively collaborate with different teams in France and the US and report to the VP of Operations.

What you embody

• 4 years of experience in Finance (Audit Private Equity M&A...)6 years of professional experience
• Masters degree from a Business School
• Detailoriented and strong project management skills You have the ability to selfstart multitask overcome obstacles and meet deadlines with accuracy
• Strong analytical skills you are very comfortable with numbers and possess superior MS Excel skills
• Impactoriented Highly energetic you have a strong drive and seek to have impact
• Good communication and ability to collaborate efficiently with other teams
• Bilingual French and English mandatory (verbal & written)
