Qualifications:
**Extremely highly skilled in Excel and PowerPoint
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar administrative capacity
- Extremely knowledgeable in Microsoft Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint highly skilled ****This is the main thing the HM is looking for***
- Must have excellent organizational skills able to handle interruptions balance multiple and varied tasks work under pressure prioritize handle confidential information with discretion and work independently
- Strong interpersonal skills including ability to communicate effectively with a variety of internal and external contacts
- Excellent project and time management skills and ability to manage and prioritize changing workloads to meet deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate large and small meetings using Microsoft Outlook and maintain related calendar invites and materials
- Handle communications with all levels of internal and external executives in a professional manner
- Create and edit professional documents including Word correspondence PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets
- Prepare expense reports and check requests
- Organize and maintain file systems electronic and hard copy in coordination with others in the department.
- Coordinate and handle occasional travel arrangements
- Support the Labor Relations Department in delivering the departmental objectives
- Use problemsolving skills initiative general research inquiry and followup to execute administrative tasks
- Send form notices to union representatives and others
- Run reports from case management system
- Maintain project ticklers and send reminders to team members on deadlines
- Perform other related duties to support the departmental team as assigned
- Experience in the entertainment industry
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Highly organized
- Detail oriented with superior verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to excel in a high volume multitask/deadlineoriented executive office environment
