We are currently looking for a Sr. Service Technician with Residential AV Experience. This position is based out of our client s NYC office.
Requirements
Applicants are required to have experience with the following:
- Ability to diagnose/troubleshoot/resolve service issues related to integrated AV Systems
- Proficient with AV signal flow equipment functionality and programming
- Experience with installing testing and commissioning custom AV control systems
- Proficient with various terminations including Fiber/RG6/Cat6/Compression/Solder/etc.
- Comfortable with interacting and understanding clients needs and managing expectations
- Familiarity with product lines including Crestron Savant Sonos Lutron Meridian Access Networks Panamax Bluebolt Future Automation and Seura
- Working knowledge of Crestron Toolbox Savant Dyn DNS etc is a plus.

Requirements: University graduate or equivalent experience with further studies in AV installation, data or voice communications, or drafting. Minimum of 4 years' experience in an electrical and/or communications environment. Understanding of project management practices and customer service obligations. Knowledge of electrical, electronic, communications, and computer products and equipment. Proficiency in oral and written English grammar, punctuation, and spelling. Familiarity with building construction and blueprint reading. Experience with the AV Commercial Integrator Navigate system, specifically for change orders and delay notices feedback to the Project Manager. CTS-I Certification Preferred
