Intuitive Four Seasons service sets the new standard for luxury beachfront living in Doha.About the role Implement and handle preventative maintenance of all equipment and update appropriate logs. Diagnose and/or assist with repairs of equipment including motors, starters, breakers, chillers, and associated equipment throughout the entire building. Comply with Four Seasons Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as outlined in EmPact. Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors. Respond to service requests regarding maintenance of rooms and equipment in guest rooms or public areas promptly. Respond to all emergency conditions such as fires, power failures, etc. Clean all stations in Engineering, grease traps, and plumbing stoppages, and maintain an organized department and hotel. Install or relocate any additional equipment or existing equipment when necessary. Assist with energy conservation programs in the hotel.
