- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in C++ and experience with game engines like Unreal or Unity
- Strong understanding of multiplayer game architecture and network programming
- Passion for MMORPGs and ability to think creatively about game mechanics and systems
- Self-motivated to work on long-term projects with tight deadlines
