Job Description
Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist
Location: Lemont Illinois
Type: FullTime (Direct Hire)
Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Post charges: UOE charges fines and other misc. fees.
- Account adjustments: remove and or credit charges as requested.
- Reconcile bank statements for operating and reserve accounts.
- Process AR refund check requests when necessary.
- Update delinquency status and create a collection account.
- Process monthly statement mailings.
- Review proofs and inform PM/Assistants for approval.
- Set up an association for mailings.
