Deputy Manager/Assistant Manager Controlling
Job Description
1. As a Business Controller in our Customer Service Centre(CSC) in India you are
responsible to provide timely and accurate financial planning and analysis for this
newly created management unit.
2. You will support the Head of the customer service center with providing accurate
financial information covering P&L and Balance Sheet. At the same time you will act
as a go to for any HQ/ global finance questions regarding our service business in
India.
3. Preparation of sales and contribution analysis for the customer service entity.
4. Lead the annual budget and quarterly forecast processes as well as monthly business
closing and reporting processes.
5. Perform gap analyses and adhoc reporting to provide factbased business
recommendation for growth and profitability improvement.
6. Provide finance and controlling support to the CSC leadership team.
7. Lead/ support finance related projects as well as active participation in the SAP ERP
rollout
Qualifications
Qualified ICWA / C.A. professional with 5 7 professional experience in controlling or
financial planning and analysis
Strong analytical skills combined with precise working style
Collaborative teamplayer with excellent communication skills
Handson cando attitude and ability to perform in a fast changing growth environment
Proficient in English
Strong excel skills working experience with SAP ERP is a must Tagetik experience a plus
