Salary Range: $64480 $89440 (based on 40hour work week)

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse
• Experience in Emergency Room (ER) Medical Surgical (Med Surg) or Progressive Care Unit (PCU) preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the American Heart Association (AHA)

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Claremont NH for a night shift position in the Emergency Room (ER)/Med Surg/Progressive Care (PCU). This role offers a competitive salary range of $64480 $89440 annually based on a 40hour work week and provides an opportunity to work in a dynamic and fastpaced environment. As an RN in this versatile role you will have the opportunity to provide comprehensive care to patients with a variety of medical needs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Room (ER) Medical Surgical (Med Surg) and Progressive Care (PCU) units as needed.
• Assess plan implement and evaluate nursing care for patients across different units.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care.
• Administer medications treatments and interventions as prescribed.
• Monitor patients conditions and vital signs and respond to changes in status.
• Document all aspects of patient care accurately and timely in electronic medical records (EMR).
• Adhere to hospital policies procedures and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Registered Nurse.
• Experience in Emergency Room (ER) Medical Surgical (Med Surg) or Progressive Care Unit (PCU) preferred.
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of New Hampshire.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the American Heart Association (AHA).
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and teamoriented environment.
