HR Data Administrator (m/w/x)

Tasks

A variety of tasks are waiting for you amongst others:

• Updating global HR system with data coming from European countries
• Taking ownership in data accuracy and quality at any time in an international group structure
• Delivering high quality and correct HR data and service information to the business
• Generating and prepare reports and visualizations for different stakeholders
• Identifying room for improvements by analyzing data discrepancies on a regular basis

Requirements

You bring along:

• 4 years of experience working in or with a global business organization
• High attention to details
• Advanced English user
• International mindset
• Discrete in sensitive data handling
• System affinity and openness to understand data flows and dependencies
