Job Opportunity: Head of Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy

A Hospital in Graubnden is looking for an experienced leader with a passion for physiotherapy and occupational therapy to join their team as the Head of Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy. In this role you will oversee a team of over 70 employees across four locations and be responsible for the strategic economic and organizational aspects of both departments.

Tasks

• Lead the interdisciplinary team in providing highquality physiotherapy and occupational therapy services.
• Develop and implement strategies to ensure the futureoriented and effective operation of both departments.
• Integrate occupational therapy into the existing departmental structure ensuring seamless collaboration and efficiency.
• Formulate a comprehensive strategy and service structure that meets the needs of stakeholders and reflects the hospitals goals.
• Manage budgeting and resource allocation to achieve economic goals and fulfill service mandates.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in physiotherapy with a masters degree or equivalent.
• Strong leadership skills and proven experience in leading teams and driving organizational success.
• Indepth knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication interpersonal and problemsolving skills.
