We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Admin Manager to oversee administrative operations at our hair beauty store. The Admin Manager will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks coordinating store operations and ensuring efficient and smooth functioning of the store.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in business administration or a related field preferred.

  • Proven experience in administrative management preferably in a retail or beauty industry setting.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers staff and vendors.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and familiarity with inventory management software.

  • Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail in all administrative tasks and responsibilities.

  • Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and supervise a team of administrative staff.



Responsibilities:

  1. Manage daytoday administrative operations of the hair beauty store including inventory management stock replenishment and order processing.

  2. Supervise administrative staff including scheduling shifts assigning task and support as needed.

  3. Maintain accurate records of inventory levels.

  4. Monitor and maintain store cleanliness organization and presentation to ensure a welcoming and professional environment for customers.

  5. Collaborate with store management to develop and implement administrative policies procedures and operational guidelines.

  6. Handle customer inquiries complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner escalating as needed to resolve customer concerns.

  7. Coordinate with vendors suppliers and service providers to ensure timely delivery of products repairs and maintenance services.

  8. Prepare administrative reports financial summaries and performance metrics for management review and analysis.

  9. Support store management with adhoc projects initiatives and tasks as assigned.

  10. Handling phone calls delivery of wigs and ensuring that all orders are properly followed up on.
