The successful candidate must possess strong chemical engineering research and development capabilities and a talent for innovative solutions to technically challenging problems particularly in a product and/or process development environment.

Having demonstrated experience over a broad range of industrial applications in industry involving the of energetics pharmaceuticals batteries/energy storage or other contemporary industrial processes is desirable. Through general industrial process knowledge and strong interest in conducting research and development with the singular goal of new product commercialization is required.
The candidate should be familiar with various designs of mixing processes including solidsolid liquidsolid liquidliquid systems. Working knowledge of mixing fundamentals and design parameters for conventional mixing processes are essential
Key responsibilities include developing advanced acoustic mixing technology and equipment addressing issues such as mixing mass transport heat transfer scaling process control and optimization. The candidate should have experience with various designs of mixing processes including solidsolid liquidsolid and liquidliquid systems along with a working knowledge of mixing fundamentals and design parameters for conventional mixing processes.
In this role the candidate will lead assigned projects from inception to completion generating project requirements initiating technical investigations and preparing protocols. They will apply advanced chemical engineering theories methods and research techniques to solve complex problems and will be responsible for writing reaction protocols research reports and grant proposals. Additionally the candidate will present work to various stakeholders including customers clients investors government organizations and collaborators.

BS in Chemical Engineering (MS or PhD of added value)
Minimum 5 years experience.
