Job Description

Position Title: Client Success Support Engineer
Work Setup: Work OnSite
Schedule: 07:00 PM 3:30 AM PHT
Salary: Php.00
Signon Bonus: TBC

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A CLIENT SUCCESS SUPPORT ENGINEER

Your Responsibilities as a Client Success Support Engineer would be:
Serve as a subject matter expert to assist clients and team members with technical support escalations
Document technical issues and resolutions to provide to the Development Team to resolve system Bugs
Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers quality assurance and product owners) to troubleshoot and identify system solutions
Identify and articulate technical issues and escalate to the development team
Work with the Production team in delivering and testing projects and new functionality.
Interact with the Customer Success team to provide support to the team in investigations to ticket escalations as necessary
Interrogate the platform Database to identify root cause of issues
Run scripts within the Database to repair data errors
Maintain a high customer satisfaction rating with our clients
Achieving mutually agreed key performance indicators as specified from time to time (e.g. specified support response times client implementations and account management).
Follow the instructions and directions of corporate staff such as HR Accounts and Management regarding company policies and procedures

Qualifications as a Client Success Support Engineer:
Graduate of any Bachelor s Degree.
Minimum of 23 years of work experience as a client success support engineer
Working knowledge of SQL
Experience as a DBA will be highly regarded
Experience with API and Web Services troubleshooting
Experience working with development and QA teams
Analytical and problems solving skills required
Strong capability in troubleshooting complex issues and root cause analysis
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proactiveness and independence.
Working knowledge of JIRA
Understanding of basic accounting functions would be advantageous for this role
Common tool sets used: AWS Load Balancers Sumo Logic Postgres SQL New Relic Postman / Rest API JIRA
Proficiency and proven handson experience with office management systems
Exceptional communication and written skills.
Extensive knowledge of principles and practices of office administration.
Organizational skills with an ability to think proactively multitask and prioritize daily workload.
Exceptional conceptual thinking resourcefulness diligence attention to detail and creative problemsolving skills.
Ability to work with limited supervision.
Adept at meeting deadlines in a fastpaced quickly changing environment.
