Job Description

Position Title: B2B Sales Representative
Work Setup: Work from Home/Work Onsite
Salary: Php 30000 Php 50000
Schedule: Monday Friday 12:00 AM 8:30 AM PH Time

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A B2B SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Responsibilities as a B2B Sales Representative:

Identify and research potential B2B clients through various channels including online research networking events and referrals.
Develop and implement strategies to generate new leads and opportunities for business growth.
Conduct product/service demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients showcasing the value and benefits of our offerings.
Utilize a consultative approach to understand client needs provide tailored solutions and address any concerns or objections.
Build and maintain strong longlasting relationships with key decisionmakers and influencers within client organizations.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients providing ongoing support guidance and solutions to meet their evolving needs.
Manage and prioritize sales activities to maximize productivity and achieve sales targets.
Utilize CRM software to track leads opportunities and client interactions ensuring accurate and uptodate records.
Work closely with internal teams including marketing product development and customer service to ensure alignment and support in achieving sales objectives.
Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities pipeline status and market trends to sales management.

Qualifications as a B2B Sales Representative:

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field.
Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques with the ability to effectively manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing.
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Selfmotivated and resultsoriented with a passion for driving business growth and exceeding targets.
Experience with CRM software and other sales productivity tools is preferred.
