Who are you

You are an experienced IT professional with experience leading acrossfunctional product team. Your experience dealing with internalstakeholders means you can build strong relationships across teamsregarding Battery Storage related software projects. Motivated by ajob well done you will be excited to lead your team to producing astrong product.

On top of thisyou are

• Degree educated in Computer Science or a related field

• Motivated to build a strong understanding of the energy and batterystorage sector

• A lateral and strategic thinker able to identify the root cause ofissues

• Confident in your ability to work and lead effectively in a fastpaced environment

• Most importantly you believe that collective hard work inevitablyleads to great results.

What will you bedoing

• Leading a multiskilled IT team from beginning to end in softwareprojects for Battery Storage

• Monitor and analyst performance and development progress to ensureagreed time quality and costing standards are met

• Use Agile tools to track and manage the progress of projects

• Developing and implementing Product development practices which caneasily be scaled as the business grows
