Job Scope:
Negotiate fees and contracts on behalf of clients ensuring the transportation and retrieval of goods are completed in the most efficient and effective manner.
Prepare necessary documents including insurance requirements to comply with customs regulations.
Prepare exporters customs declaration have a clear understanding of the requirements and fiscal systems of overseas countries before transporting goods to avoid unnecessary delays.
Create bills of lading for ocean freight to facilitate the transportation of goods.
Handle all customer service requests dealing with shippers suppliers consignees and any other agents or freight forwarders.
Audit all bills of lading to ensure correct rates are filled out.
Coordinate and liaise between departments on inbound and outbound cargo transportation.
Prepare inventory reports and send them to clients to keep them informed of inventory status.
Develop exclusive container loading plans and submit them to warehouse managers for export cargo loading.
Coordinate shipment information with agents regarding the status of inventory goods for them to print documents at the destination.
Supervise inbound ecommerce (B2C/B2B) business in the Free Trade Zone warehouse.
Execute adhoc tasks and other assignments assigned by superiors.

Requirements:
Candidates with 12 years of relevant work experience are preferred.
Familiar with customs procedures.
Patient able to handle multiple tasks possess a team spirit and can work under pressure.
Must be able to work overtime.
Candidates with basic knowledge of supply chain/logistics are preferred.
Ability to selfmotivate and learn quickly effectively solve problems and interact with internal and external clients.
Good oral and written communication skills and cultural awareness.
Must have proficiency in spoken and written English.
Able to start work immediately or in a short time.
