Sales Manager

Since its foundation in early 1800s the ceramic producer has developed into an international lifestyle brand.

1. Achievement of all planned sales revenue profit targets in dealing with our distributors.

2. Develop the regional specification by approaching Thailand based Interior Design Firms. Supporting other markets as required for regional project specification.

3. Development and expansion of the project business in the region (Ensure a professional and consistently project follow up and build up a relation to the key stakeholder architects investors developers hotel chains)

4. Development and more efficient use of potentials in the markets (preparation of market and customer development plans expansion of the distribution network)

5. Implementation of the global marketing strategy to increase brand awareness throughout the region

6. Reporting CRM Preparation BRM Planning Contribution S&OP meetings

• Degree in Engineering Business or equivalent
• Min. 5 years of experience in account management preferably from Consumer Devices / Lifestyle / Building Materials / Sanitary
• Demonstrate sound knowledge and understanding of the industry market competitors and customers
• Demonstrate sound knowledge and a proven sales track record in assigned products and existing network of contacts
• Demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent with sales planning forecasting value selling and networking skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills selfdriven and has a positive attitude towards learning and development
• Good verbal and written English communication skills with exceptional influencing and interpersonal management skills
• Analytically strong teamoriented with a strong interest in a consultative selling approach
