Job Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering or a related field
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred
• 310 years of experience in mechanical engineering and project management plumbing design including both commercial and residential projects
• Possesses strong knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations including ASME IPC and NFPA
• Proficient in plumbing design software such as AutoCAD and Revit MEP
• Demonstrates excellent technical skills including the ability to perform hydraulic calculations and develop detailed plumbing drawings
• Has exceptional communication and interpersonal skills enabling effective collaboration within multidisciplinary teams
• Applies strong problemsolving and criticalthinking abilities to develop innovative and practical solutions
• Some travel may be needed but not significant
