For the SolarEdge Recruitment team we are looking for a topnotch Global Talent Acquisition Partner who can lead recruitment processes abroad.

The Global TA Partner we are looking for will be a part of a global team and will work on a variety of profiles.

What will you be doing:

• Full lifecycle recruiting: Managing an entire recruitment process end to end from the position definition to onboarding.
• Partnering directly with hiring managers to understand their teams hiring needs and team dynamics.
• Source talent through deep internet research networking competitive intelligence gathering and employee and candidate referrals.
• Consistently generate a healthy pipeline of highquality candidates through creative sourcing techniques.
• Manage candidates in the process and provide them with a standout talent experience.
• Create manage and improve recruiting processes.

Requirements :

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience as a recruiter.
• Mother tongue English Advantage Proven track record of successfully identifying and hiring exceptional candidates in highgrowth environments.
• Experience in conducting indepth global interviews on a remote basis.
• Experience in managing an EndtoEnd process.
• Handson experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) experience with Comeet an advantage.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
