Job Title: Executive Assistant
Location: Mississauga ON
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the President and COO by managing their calendar scheduling meetings and making travel arrangements.
- Draft format and distribute correspondence memos reports and presentations in both French and English.
- Plan and promote office events meetings and conferences.
- Oversee special projects and track progress towards company goals.
- Provide administrative support to ensure the offices efficient operation.
- Manage company social media MailChimp and website.
- Assist team members with questions and issues.
- Prepare monthly quarterly and annual reports for management.
- Assist in recruiting and prospecting activities to support national growth.
- Build productive relationships with team members.
- Update internal documents related to business processes and procedures.
- Provide backup for Inventory Management.
- Handle other administrative and clerical tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 35 years of experience as an Office Administrator.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word PowerPoint Excel and Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat.
- Fluent in both French and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks.
- Prior experience in managing social media platforms and website maintenance is an asset.
