Job Description: We are seeking two experienced Warehouse Automation Systems / Manhattan Rollout Integration Project Managers to oversee changes in Warehouse Automation System integrations with Manhattan. These roles will be responsible for managing QA/UAT testing production turnover Go Live and postGo Live support particularly related to Manhattan rollouts at Albertsons DCs where Automation systems are implemented.
Responsibilities:
Oversee changes in Warehouse Automation System integrations with Manhattan.
Manage QA/UAT testing and ensure successful production turnover Go Live and postGo Live support.
Coordinate with senior project stakeholders to align IT and business objectives.
Manage multiple concurrent projects ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
Interface with vendors and onshore/offshore project team members to ensure project success.
Travel onsite for Go Live/production implementations approximately 5 to 6 trips per year.
Requirements:
Senior Project Management experience with excellent communication skills (written oral presentation).
Indepth experience managing vendors and working with large geographically dispersed project teams.
Proven experience interfacing with senior project stakeholders at both IT and business levels.
Prior experience managing multiple concurrent projects ideally 3 to 4 projects.
Proficiency in managing project financials and using MS Project.
Prior experience with Automation Systems projects (e.g. Symbotic Dematic Witron) ideally with integrating MHE systems with Manhattan.
Preferred Qualifications:
PMP certification or equivalent.
Experience in the logistics or supply chain industry.
Knowledge of warehouse operations and processes.
