About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team in the Cayman Islands. This role requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of usercentered design processes and a portfolio demonstrating highquality design solutions for both web and mobile applications.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and conceptualization of innovative UI/UX solutions that align with business goals and user needs.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction visuals and experience.
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance existing interfaces and develop new features.
• Create wireframes storyboards user flows process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Develop and maintain design wireframes mockups and specifications as needed.
• Implement and maintain visual design standards across the organization.
• Mentor junior designers and assist in the development of their skills.
• Stay uptodate with the latest UI trends techniques and technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Design Computer Science or a related field.
• A minimum of 8 years of proven UI/UX design experience in a senior role.
• A strong portfolio showcasing professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms.
• Proficiency in Photoshop Illustrator OmniGraffle or other visual design and wireframing tools.
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to usersystem interaction.
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
• Uptodate with the latest UI trends techniques and technologies.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
