Billing Ops Assurance Analyst

NA is immediately seeking an experienced Billing Operations Quality Assurance Engineer in support of our enterprise telecommunications and mass media client based in Maryland Heights MO.

Your Team Overview/Department:

* Billing Operations QA is responsible for functional testing regression testing and data validation for all the biller related changes for both CSG and Amdocs Story behind the need/key projects:

* Within Billing Ops QA the subset of the team works on MEC Offer testing; Due to spike in the number of projects that needs to be functionally testing for all MEC changes existing team needs additional head count to deliver quality testing within short period of time Typical day in the role/task breakdown %:

* Analyzing BRD documents and design test cases by using different Test Design techniques

* Work with offshore team on task prioritization and help if any roadblocks

* Work closely with MEC Design and PMO team on MEC Testing

* Sending daily status report * Setting up defect triage calls
