Job Description:
- Answer phone calls and welcome people who come to the office.
- Take care of everyday office tasks like paperwork and organizing things.
- Make sure the office stays clean and tidy by keeping a checklist for cleaning.
- Help callers by transferring them to the right department when needed.
- Keep track of all the phone calls we get and make in a daily sheet.
- Maintaining daily incoming and outgoing phone call records
