Job Description: Qatar National Broadband Network (QNBN) is currently seeking a dedicated and resourceful Contact Center Officer to join our team. This position will be based in Doha, Qatar, and will be offered as a part-time role with the opportunity for remote work. Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner - Provide accurate information about QNBN products and services to potential and existing customers - Process customer orders, troubleshoot technical issues, and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department - Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of QNBN services, promotions, and policies to better assist customers - Meet performance targets for call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Strong communication skills and the ability to handle challenging customer interactions with patience and empathy - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet - High school diploma or equivalent - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
