Product Manager

Gotbit islooking for an experienced and innovative Product Manager to lead the creation and launch of a groundbreaking Decentralized Exchange (DEX) from scratch. This position combines the roles of both a Product Owner and a Product Manager requiring a versatile professional adept at navigating complex product landscapes from ideation to market introduction.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Oversee the research design and development phases of the DEX creating detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRD) prototypes and relevant documentation.
• Work closely with crossfunctional teams across operations design development and testing to ensure the product meets market needs and company standards.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle monitoring key performance indicators and using insights from data to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Responsibilities:

• Define product functionality features requirements and specifications.
• Articulate a clear strategic roadmap outlining the development stages from initial concept to scaling. Define key milestones and timelines aligning with business objectives.
• Regularly update the roadmap based on market feedback technological trends and business needs to ensure competitiveness and relevance.
• Map and develop user stories establish acceptance criteria and guide the development process to meet project goals.
• Conduct competitive analysis and identify unique selling propositions.
• Lead the design and execution phases ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Perform market research and apply datadriven strategies to optimize product development.
• Engage with the community to understand user needs and integrate feedback into product enhancements.

Requirements:

• Proven trackof product management experience with a focus on Web3 products
• Experience in managing products through their lifecycle
• Deep knowledge of the crypto industry including major products and market dynamics
• Experienced in customer development and datadriven decision management with a demonstrated ability to conduct A/B testing
• Experience in UI/UX design
• Analytical and systematic mindset with excellent problemsolving skills
• Leadership experience with the ability to assemble and manage highperforming teams
• Fluent in English with exceptional communication and organizational skills

Beneficiary: Experience in marketing /Familiarity with analytical tools like Segment Amplitude Mixpanel or Firebase /Basic in SQL or Python for analytics.
