Platform Product Manager

We are nowseeking a highly motivated Platform Product Manager to drive the development and management of platform products and APIs as well as customerenabling tools. As a Platform Product Manager you will work closely with engineering and product teams to reduce cognitive load and enhance the endcustomer experience. Since 2023 weve adopted the product operating model meaning youll be part of an empowered product team.

Some of the things you will be working on:

• Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the companys goals and customer needs.
  
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify industry trends customer pain points and competitive insights.
  
• Product Development: Manage the endtoend product development lifecycle from concept to launch working closely with crossfunctional teams throughout the value chain.
  
• Roadmap Planning: Create and maintain a product roadmap setting priorities and releases for feature releases and then iterate to achieve wanted outcomes.
  
• Feature Definition: Collaborate with stakeholders to define product features user stories and acceptance criteria.
  
• User Experience (UX): Ensure a seamless and userfriendly product experience by working withProduct Designers and engineering stakeholders.

We believe you bring:

• Bachelors or masters degree in information security management computer science engineering or equivalent related discipline.
  
• Relevant experience as a Product Manager for services targeting Developer and Customer agent personas.
  
• Strong proficiency in cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform AWS or Azure.
• Strong communication skills both spoken and written in English as its our corporate language.
  

Nicetohave:

• Understanding of SingleSignOn solutions.
• Practical experience from working with the product operating model being part of empowered product teams.

• Start date:As soon as possible / As agreed.
• Work extent:Full time &Hybrid which means that you are welcome to work from home some days at home while we would like to collaborate with you some days at the office. Remote setup is negotiable depending on location.
  
• Location:Flexible. Preferably StockholmSweden Norway or Gdansk Poland.

Our hiring process:

1. We do look at your resume when some kind of experience is required but early in our process we aim to do an objective screening with recruitment tests from our supplier Master

2. Short interview on the phone to find out a little bit more about who you are and why you are interested in this position.

3. Indepth interview with one of our recruitment specialists and the hiring manager focusing even more on who you are and also what you know.

4. Second interview with hiring manager again and one other stake holder could be a team member for example to get to know each other even better. At this stage we might also have a case exercise focusing on how you would to the work.

5. Digital reference check through our supplier RefApp
