Tasks
- Leading a small international team of Billing Specialists
- Overseeing the full cycle of billing and invoice processes
- Oversee the complete billing and invoice lifecycle
- Monitor account statuses and balances swiftly identifying any inconsistencies
- Collaborate with finance and administrative departments to rectify any discrepancies and ensure accurate issuance
- Provide comprehensive reports to management on billing activity furnishing them with reliable and pertinent data
- Introduce new processes tools and best practices while offering ongoing support to the team
- Work closely with relevant departments on Finance Improvement projects
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar senior or managerial capacity
- Proficiency in English and native/bilingual proficiency in Italian
- Prior experience in billing or administrative roles
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- The ability to thrive under pressure and take initiative
