Job Description

Reddit Management: Take ownership of the Ironworks reddit, ensuring a positive experience. Promote and acknowledge community members to become part of the moderation team. Collaborate with the IW, community and marketing teams to grow the reddit in both engagement and size
Moderator Oversight: Recruit, manage, and coordinate a team of moderators dedicated to Ironworks, ensuring effective community moderation. Regularly evaluate moderator performance and provide feedback to ensure alignment with Ironworks's community standards.
