Data Engineer - Voice EngineerCall Center Voice AI

• Design develop and maintain data pipelines for processing large volumes of voice data from call center interactions.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions for voice analytics.
• Implement and optimize machine learning models for speech recognition sentiment analysis and customer intent detection.
• Utilize Python PySpark and SQL to clean transform and analyze voice data for actionable insights.
• Work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for enhancing call center operations through voice analytics and AIdriven solutions.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in voice analytics machine learning and natural language processing (NLP).

Required Skillsets:

• Proficiency in Python PySpark and SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience working within a Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environment including familiarity with GCP services such as BigQuery Dataflow and Pub/Sub.
• Strong understanding of voice data processing techniques including speech recognition audio processing and voice AI platforms.
• Handson experience with Voice Analytics tools and frameworks.
• Knowledge of machine learning and deep learning techniques applied to voice data including sentiment analysis speaker identification and speechtotext.
• Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
