Job Description
Position: Bumper Launch Engineer
Location: 317 S Thornton Rd Casa Grande AZ 85193
Job Type: Fulltime/TPC
Job Description & Skill Requirement:
* Product knowledge of automotive Bumper / exterior / Plastic component
* Knowledge of manufacturing process in OEM plant
* Ability to solve problems on assembly line and find a root cause of product defects
* Provide temporary countermeasure for product defects
* Collaborate with key Exterior and Bumper system and plastic component suppliers for change management
* Product launch experience in Plastic parts
* Indepth knowledge of Plastic tooling
* Catia V5 skills to review and modify parts as and when required
* Knowledge of GD&T and Tolerance stack up
Qualification:
* Bachelors Degree in Engineering
