ON-CALL HELP DESK TECHNICIAN TIER I

Job Title: ONCALL HELP DESK TECHNICIAN (TIER I)

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance and support for computer applications hardware and software.

• Utilize troubleshooting techniques to resolve various computerrelated problems.

• Assist users with inquiries and issues related to desktops laptops peripherals and software applications.

• Document and track technical issues and resolutions accurately.

• Collaborate with team members to escalate complex problems and ensure timely resolution.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Strong interest in technology and a desire to learn.

• Basic understanding of computer hardware and software.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively under general supervision and in a team environment.

• Flexibility to work oncall and during evenings or weekends as needed.
