Job Title: PeopleSoft Data Conversion Specialist

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with diverse teams to comprehend data conversion requirements and goals.
• Analyze the structures of legacy systems and pinpoint data elements for conversion.
• Devise conversion strategies plans and schedules aligned with project needs.
• Execute data mapping transformation and validation processes with precision.
• Utilize PeopleSoft data conversion tools to extract transform and load data.
• Ensure data quality and consistency through cleansing deduplication and normalization.
• Address and resolve data conversion issues promptly and effectively.
• Create comprehensive documentation including conversion specs mapping docs and test plans.
• Validate data conversion results to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Provide assistance and guidance to users throughout the data migration process.
• Collaborate with IT teams to seamlessly integrate converted data into PeopleSoft applications.
• Stay abreast of industry trends emerging technologies and best practices in data conversion and migration.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field.
• Proficiency in SQL PL/SQL and various database technologies.
• Thorough understanding of PeopleSoft data structures tables and relationships.
• Experience with data extraction transformation and loading (ETL) tools and methods.
• Familiarity with data cleansing deduplication and normalization techniques.
• Knowledge of PeopleSoft data conversion tools such as Application Engine Data Mover and Integration Broker.
• Strong analytical problemsolving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Detailoriented with a strong focus on accuracy and data integrity.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
• Certifications in PeopleSoft or related technologies are advantageous (optional but preferred).
