Title: Desktop Support
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications
Qualifications:
- Deliver technical support and assistance to users through various channels including inperson over the phone or via remote tools.
- Install configure and troubleshoot hardware and software components on desktop computers and laptops.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues related to operating systems applications and peripherals.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as updates patches and system backups.
- Assist with user account management including password resets and access permissions.
- Document and track support requests and resolutions using ticketing systems.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Provide training and guidance to users on basic troubleshooting and best practices.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in desktop support.
