TITLE: Mobile Developer

LOCATION: Albany NY (Onsite)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support for Apple (iOS) mobile devices.
• Implement and manage enterprise mobile device management solutions.
• Develop help guides and howtos for end users.
• Maintain asset inventory management systems.
• Support conference room equipment and ensure smooth operations.
• Train and guide end users on mobile device usage and best practices.
• Utilize teleconferencing tools effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in supporting Apple (iOS) mobile devices.
• Strong background in enterprise mobile device management solutions.
• Excellent written communication skills for creating help guides and howtos.
• Proficiency in asset inventory management.
• Experience supporting conference room equipment.
• Ability to effectively train and guide end users.
• Familiarity with teleconferencing tools.
