IAM Specialist

Title: IAM Specialist

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Qualifications:

• Solid grasp of IAM principles including authentication authorization and access control mechanisms.
• Proficiency in IAM tools and technologies such as Active Directory LDAP OAuth SAML OpenID Connect and Single SignOn (SSO) solutions.
• Knowledge of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platforms for managing user identities access rights and entitlements across the organization.
• Ability to develop and enforce access control policies and procedures to maintain security and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in managing the entire lifecycle of user identities including provisioning deprovisioning and access review processes.
• Understanding of security compliance frameworks such as NIST ISO 27001 GDPR HIPAA and their impact on IAM practices.
• Capability to assess and mitigate risks associated with identity and access management including identity theft and insider threats.
• Experience integrating IAM systems with other enterprise systems and applications including HR systems CRM platforms and cloud services.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g. PowerShell Python) and automation tools to streamline IAM processes and workflows.
• Strong troubleshooting skills to address IAMrelated issues and respond to security incidents promptly and effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams including IT operations security compliance and business stakeholders.
• Commitment to staying updated with the latest IAM trends technologies and best practices through continuous training certifications and industry research.
