Description:
Key Responsibilities
Execute a wide range of digital projects including site banners emails display banners ads PDP pages and SEO pages.
Collaborate closely with the Creative VP on digital asset production from project kickoff to completion encompassing photoshoot concepting concept presentation and signoff pre and postproduction final artwork and finished asset delivery.
Conduct lightcolor retouching and image resizing on visual assets.
Drive digital creative strategies and ensure consistent application of brand standards for all digital assets in alignment with overarching campaign visuals.
Manage multiple projects and closely adhere to digital production project plans and timelines to ensure timely delivery.
Deliver experienced and effective creative presentations including to senior members of staff.
Demonstrate an enthusiasm for the agile nature of business needs.

Qualifications:
Selfstarter with 510 years of experience in digital design with eCommerce focus.
Prior experience in either a creative agency or inhouse design team.
Preferably from a prestige beauty background.
Understanding of user experience methodologies and practices.
Ability to prioritize and work quickly and efficiently against tight deadlines.
Keen eye for clean design and ability to execute tactical direction efficiently.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (expert proficiency in Photoshop Illustrator and InDesign) and presentation design (Powerpoint). Sketch app and/or video editing skills.
Positive attitude and solutionsoriented approach to daily challenges with strong crossdepartment communication skills.
Ability to work independently on assignments quickly and with efficiency and organization.
